Our Process:
Upon you reaching out, the owner Owen Gerrard will swiftly arrange an in person quote. During the quote, all of your needs will be taken into account and a plan will be devised to leave you satisfied. If the job is awarded we will communicate, providing updates from day one until completion.
Equipment:
We come to every job prepared. Equipped with a 4000 PSI, 4GPM machine that can tackle any task. To accompany this, we come with an 18-inch surface cleaner to always evenly clean the top of your patio, never leaving streaks. and a turbo nozzle that can remove the most stubborn stains
Sanding
Once the old sand and gunk has been removed from the joints of your patio we allow it to completely dry. Once dried, we sweep in fresh G2 Supersand from Gator, blow any extra sand off the top of the patio and wet to activate. Once dry, the sand will harden and provide a sleek look while stabilizing your patio.
Complimentary Services
Both polymeric sanding and sealing require pressure washing prep before hand to ensure the highest quality results. Clients get to choose the colour of the sand and the type of sealer during the quoting process to customize the service to fit their needs.
Sealing
Once the stones have been cleaned and re-sanded (if needed), we wait for them to thoroughly dry. We then use our industrial grade pump up sprayer to apply 2 coats of Kimbol Sealer's solvent based sealer. Kimbol is a local family owned business backed by 30+ years of sealing experience .
